Dr. Stan Pajka
Dr. Pajka grew up in Parma and attended Harvard University, graduating with honors. He received highest honors (summa cum laude) upon graduation from The Ohio State University College of Medicine and undertook specialized residency training in all aspects of eye disease and surgery in The Ohio State University Department of Ophthalmology.
Dr. Pajka entered the private practice of ophthalmology in 1995 and began practice in Cleveland at Northern Ohio Eye Center in 1999. In 2010 he founded Vision Surgery Center, a Medicare-certified, ophthalmology-only Outpatient Surgical Center, which has received the prestigious accreditation of The Joint Commission. He is a member of the American Society of Cataract & Refractive Surgery and a fellow of the American Academy of Ophthalmology.

Dr. Igor Estrovich
Dr. Igor Estrovich was born in the former Soviet Union and has lived in Cleveland from an early age. He went to Brush High School and then went on to Case Western Reserve University to earn an undergraduate degree in biomedical engineering. He stayed on at Case to earn his medical degree and then completed his ophthalmology residency at the Cole Eye Institute in Cleveland. He then undertook a glaucoma surgical fellowship at the Devers Eye Institute in Portland, Oregon, before returning home to Cleveland.
Dr. Estrovich has been active in research and has published several-peer reviewed articles and book chapters relating to glaucoma and cataract surgery. He has an interest in cataract surgery, glaucoma, diabetic eye disease, eye trauma and emergencies. Dr. Estrovich is married with three young children and enjoys cooking, traveling, painting, and playing chess.

Dr. Mallory McCormick
Dr. Mallory McCormick is a Northeast Ohio native and a Highland High school graduate. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from The Ohio State University, where she participated in the STEM scholars program and pursued a Spanish minor. She went on to complete her Doctor of Optometry degree at the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences, graduating with clinical honors and receiving the Clinical Excellence Award in Primary Care Optometry.
Dr. McCormick provides comprehensive eye care, with a specific interest in managing ocular disease and patient education. In her leisure time, she enjoys traveling, attending Cleveland sports events, exploring new restaurants, and spending time with her family and friends.
